Material and care
What is your jewelry made of?
Stainless steel (304, 316 or 316L depending on the model) with 18K gold PVD plating. The exact grade is listed on every product page, in the "Material and care" block. It is not solid gold.
Does it tarnish?
Stainless steel does not rust and does not turn green. The gold plating can wear over time if the piece is exposed to chlorine, perfume, lotions or prolonged sweat. With the right habits (see the Care page), it keeps its color for a long time. Abnormal tarnishing is covered by our 1-year warranty.
Can I keep it on in the shower?
We recommend taking it off before showering, swimming, the spa and workouts. Some suppliers describe their pieces as water-resistant; we prefer to stay cautious so your piece lasts.
I am allergic to nickel
316 and 316L steels are the ones we recommend for sensitive skin: they release less nickel and are commonly used in jewelry and medical settings. 304 steel contains a bit more. The grade is listed on each product page. We do not call any piece "hypoallergenic", because every skin reacts differently. When in doubt, wear it for a few hours first.
Sizes
How do I know my ring size?
With a piece of string and a ruler, in two minutes. The full method is in the Size guide. Our rings come in sizes 6, 7 and 8 (sometimes 9 or 11); some are adjustable.
What about necklaces and bracelets?
Lengths are listed on each product page. The Size guide explains what each length looks like when worn.
Orders and shipping
How long until I receive my order?
We ship from Quebec in 1 to 2 business days. Then 5 to 10 business days with standard shipping, 2 to 4 with expedited shipping.
Is shipping free?
Yes from $39 before taxes, across Canada. Otherwise, $6.99.
Are there customs fees?
No. Our jewelry is already stocked in Quebec. No fees on delivery.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not for now.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it has not been worn and the tag is intact. Return shipping is at your cost, unless we made a mistake or the item is defective. Details in the refund policy.
I want to exchange for another size
Return the item for a refund and order the right size. If you prefer, write to us and we will help.
My piece arrived damaged
Write to us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you, shipping included.
Gifts
Can I give a piece as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, you can add a gift note and ship to another address in Canada. The packing slip does not show prices.
Do you have gift cards?
Not yet. We are working on it.
