1 year, plain and simple
Every Orha piece is covered for 1 year from the delivery date against manufacturing defects and abnormal tarnishing.
What is covered
- A clasp, jump ring or chain that fails without impact.
- A stone that loosens or falls out without impact.
- Plating that comes off in patches or discolors markedly despite normal use and care that follows our guide.
What is not covered
- Loss or theft.
- Scratches, dents and deformation from daily wear.
- Damage caused by chlorine, salt water, perfume, lotions, household products or chemical cleaners.
- Normal wear of the plating after months of daily use.
- Pieces modified or repaired elsewhere than with us.
How to make a claim
- Write to us at zakariajouahi02@gmail.com with your order number and one or two photos of the problem.
- We reply within one business day. In most cases, the photo is enough.
- If the defect is covered, we replace the piece with the same model. If it is no longer available, we offer an equivalent model or a refund.
Shipping of a replacement piece is on us.
Legal warranty
This warranty is in addition to the legal warranty of quality and durability provided by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. It does not replace or limit it.
